Peter J. Peladeau - Director of Operations

23 year tenure with Massachusetts Department of Corrections, retired as Lieutenant with multiple letters of commendation. Employee of the Quarter (Segregation Unit). Responsible for over 1400 inmates, 190 security personnel, and 200 plus non-security personnel.

Prepared security plans and managed security operations of organization, including assignments and staffing. Skilled in closed circuit TV security systems and graphic user interface systems. Investigations of property loss, thefts and criminal activities. Monitored performance and conducted routine check-ups on site; analyzed failures.
